What we hold

Schools add student, parent and staff records to Campusly. The school decides what is collected and is the data controller; we process it on the school's behalf.

How it is used

Only to run the service for that school: attendance, homework, results, fees, messages and notifications. We never sell personal data or show advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored on the platform's own servers and backed up daily. Files such as homework and documents use private storage with expiring links.

Your rights

Parents and staff can ask their school to see, correct or delete their data. Schools can export or delete their whole account.
